- I have real-time carrier shipping set up right now. This should offer you the very best rates and options for your shipping needs :)
- Personalized merchandise will always take a bit longer to process and ship. If you need it by a specific date, please email me and I will be happy to check on the turnaround.
- If you are not pleased with your item, you may return it for a refund of the cost of the merchandise.
- If an item arrives to you broken, please email me a picture so I can work to improve my packing skills. If I have more of the item, I can send you another. If I don't, I will give you a full discount.
